THE SCORPIO AND THE SAGITTARIAN: The Truth of the Signs

•October 8, 2008 • Leave a Comment

Sagittarians are pretty straightforward when it comes to love. Sagittarius is best compatible with Aries. Also get along well in love with Leo, Libra, Aquarius, and Gemini.

They have an endearing frankness and innocence about them that’s childlike. Sagittarius star sign folks enjoy being pampered by their partner and want to be the focus of attention. They crave for compliments from their partner and revel in joy when they receive them. They are one of the most trustworthy signs when it comes to love. And may take a lot of time to commit but once they decide, they will stay faithful.

Love isn’t love unless it is expressed;
caring isn’t caring unless the other person knows;
sharing isn’t sharing unless the other person is included;
Loving, caring, and sharing can make for a very happy marriage.

SCORPIO AND SAGITTARIUS

LOVE AND MARRIAGE

   These two are so unlike as to make one wonder whatever could have been the attraction for either of them in the first place.  If it was a strictly a physical attraction it is not likely to last for one whole season much less a lifetime.  Scorpio is the type who lives to possess the ones he/she loves and to manipulate them in anyway he/she chooses.  This would not set well with the freedom loving, independent Sagittarius who refuses to be tied down or restricted in any way.  All of Scorpios attempts in this direction would be wasted on this personality.

   It is almost impossible for any one person to tame this one as he/she will chase excitement, adventure, and the opposite sex with equal abandon.  Scorpio would have to handle the finances, and the risks that Sagittarius takes daily would soon have Scorpio a nervous wreck.  There is no way that Sagittarius will ever be a reasonable, serious person no matter how hard Scorpio tries to turn him/her into one.

   If Sagittarius gets the impression that he/she is thought of as the exclusive sexual property of Scorpios, and it would be unwise for Scorpio to act as if this is so, that is when he/she begins to kick over the traces and will go bed-hopping.  This is an unlikely alliance and not a match made in Heaven.

Feedback for my Supervisor

How does your Supervisor build and sustain positive relationships

No comment.  I don’t see this being done.

How does your Supervisor motivate you to perform at your best?

The training team has been demoralized the past few weeks due to the lack of direction.  A bit of motivation would have alleviated the negative atmosphere but it seems it is not present.  To think of it, the lack of motivation due to several factors (cancellation of wave 7, attempt to move the trainers to the suite, the lack of tasks to do after wave 6) is one of the problems that the team is facing.

How does your Supervisor support and promote teamwork?

With the recent Anniversary wherein she asked the trainers to participate as a team; and the attempted outing were signs that she wanted some teamwork to happen.

How does your Supervisor proactively address and manage performance and reliability expectations?

The team obviously has reliability issues.  What should have done was to address WHAT is causing the trainers to have these issues (given it can be controlled).  What was done recently (sending a RTWO to a trainer and eventually to termination) was a first time in my stay in TeleTech and was inappropriate.  This is more of showing the punishment rather than prevention of the issue.

How does your Supervisor ensure the sharing of information and cross communications within the team(s)?

No comment.

 How does your Supervisor adapt to and support change in our environment?

No comment.  I only feel her presence when something has to be accomplished.

How could your Supervisor support you in a more effective and appropriate manner?

She was able to show support to the team when a trainer was being ‘controlled’ by Operations as if the trainer was a subordinate of the team leader during TQ.  This is the kind of behavior we want/need to see.

Though, she has to understand the full potential of an individual, therefore, the potential of the team.  Being a supervisor does not only mean knowing how to delegate or send orders but to understand the chemistry of the team and the effects of her actions.

It is also best if she can level with us technicalwise/ productwise since this is a technical account and she is leading a technical team.  It will make her fully understand the contents of what we are training—the thing that her team is expert on.  This will also make her understand how and why trainings are being conducted.

 How does your Supervisor help you to understand the big picture?

I’m not sure what big picture I should be looking at…

How often does your supervisor meet with you individually to discuss your performance or to provide coaching/development?

Not once.

What do you admire most about your Supervisor?

Her ability to come to work despite the dislike of most of the trainers which she is not aware of.  The insensibility to the lingering plea for improvement.

Just a last message: You do not demand respect—you earn it.

Baha in Espana

This is a long pending post.  Pictures below show the flood in Espana (near the railroad).  Chris just had a visit to the doctor and the rain only lasted for a few minutes and it flooded this high. Chris and I were forced to walk the flood under the rain for us to go home.

This pic is right before the flood.  It’s a urinal that has the McDonald’s logo on it. I  call it the “McInidoro”
